Dawn of Destiny have released the official video for “I’ll Find You In Time” today, 30 October 2026, through El Puerto Records. The song appears on “Ashes Over Tomorrow”, the Bochum, Germany band’s tenth studio album, which is also out today in digital format. Jeanette Scherff sings lead and backing vocals on the track, while Jens Faber provides lead and backing vocals and piano.
The song follows a narrator trying to reach someone across different versions of the past. Its lyrics move through sleepless nights, missed moments and alternate lives before returning to the promise, “I’ll find you in time”. The official clip was issued alongside the album release.
A tenth album from Bochum
The video follows Dawn of Destiny’s earlier announcement of “Ashes Over Tomorrow”, which we covered when the band announced the album and its Fabio Lione guest single. That report confirmed the record’s 30 October release through El Puerto Records, as well as guest appearances from Fabio Lione of Rhapsody of Fire and Ralf Scheepers. Lione appears on the previously announced single “Chasing Dreams”.
The current line-up also includes guitarist Veith Offenbächer, keyboardist and synthesist Dirk Raczkiewicz, bassist Micha Marquardt and drummer Philipp Bock. Faber founded the band in Bochum at the end of 2005. Their previous full-length, “IX”, came out in November 2024, following releases including “Of Silence”, “The Beast Inside”, “To Hell”, “F.E.A.R.” and “Praying to the World”.
Jeanette Scherff sings lead
Jeanette Scherff has been Dawn of Destiny’s lead vocalist since joining in 2010. She also sings backing vocals in the current line-up, alongside her work with the projects Impact and Temple of Your Soul. Her vocals form one of the song’s central elements as the lyrics shift between regret, fate and the possibility of changing the past.
The official line-up for “Ashes Over Tomorrow” lists Faber on lead and backing vocals and piano, Offenbächer on lead, rhythm and clean guitars, Raczkiewicz on keyboards and synths, Marquardt on bass, and Bock on drums.
