GRYAL will mark their 25th anniversary in 2027 with a special release that mixes some of the most representative songs of their career with one new single written for the occasion. The Valencian power metal band announced the project on 27 October 2026, without giving a title, a final format or a publication date.

The record will look back over a discography made up of the EP “Apocalypsis” (2007) and the albums “Camelot” (2010) and “Fausto” (2023), and at the same time present the musical direction the group intends to follow next. For the recordings, GRYAL return to Fireworks Estudios, where, the band says, all of their previous releases were recorded and mastered.

Two Valencia shows, February and late 2027

The anniversary continues on stage. A tour will open with a special concert in Valencia in late February 2027, with further dates to be announced. GRYAL plan to close the anniversary year with another show in the Valencian capital, initially scheduled for late 2027.

The project will coincide with changes in the line-up. The band has not yet given the details, and says the changes will mark the start of a new stage.

Elena has sung with GRYAL since 2022

Elena is the band’s vocalist and has been a member since 2022. She also sings in the project Willow. With her at the front, GRYAL released “Fausto” in 2023, the album that closes the run of records the anniversary release will draw from. She is part of the current line-up alongside Vincente on bass, Puché on drums, Carlos on guitars and Dani on keyboards, who joined in 2013.

From “Apocalypsis” to “Fausto”

GRYAL formed in Valencia in 2002 and have played power metal since. Their first release was the EP “Apocalypsis” in 2007, followed by “Camelot” in 2010 and “Fausto” in 2023. The anniversary release will be their first new material since “Fausto”, and the new single will be the first taste of where the band is heading.
