About Goddess Metal

Metal news with women in the line-up. New albums, tours, festivals and line-up changes from symphonic, gothic and every other style of metal, from official sources and with the background you need.

Goddess Metal covers news from metal bands with at least one woman in the line-up, any style, with a soft spot for symphonic and gothic metal: new albums and singles, tours and festivals, lineup changes and signings.

Editor

Goddess Metal is run and edited by Victor Nord, a songwriter, producer and the organizer of Goddess Metal Fest, a female-fronted charity festival against domestic violence in Burgas, Bulgaria.

How we work

We report from press releases and official band and label announcements. When we learn about an announcement from another publication, we look for the official source and link it, and we write from the facts of the announcement only. Software helps us collect announcements and write first drafts. Every article is checked and approved by the editor before it is published. Read the full editorial policy.
