STRII, the Italian raw black metal project formed by L.O.W. and Lamia, released the single “Lamine Orfiche” on 31 October 2026. The track is available for streaming and download through Bandcamp, including 24-bit/44.1kHz files, with the price set at €1 or more.
One track, Orphic imagery
“Lamine Orfiche” is a one-track release produced and recorded in October 2026. Its lyrics move through images of Urania Errante, the underworld, an oracle and the spider’s web of the afterlife, before referring to Mnemosyne’s spring and the speaker’s thirst. The release is marked all rights reserved.
Lamia writes and sings
Lamia wrote the lyrics, sings on “Lamine Orfiche” and created its artwork. She is one half of STRII alongside L.O.W., who plays guitar, bass and drums in the project. The single presents Lamia’s vocal and visual work within the duo’s raw black metal setting.
The song follows STRII’s first EP, “Valtellina Nera”, which was released earlier in October. The project is also preparing another single, “Enūma Eliš”, for release in the coming days of November.
