Revengin have released the official video for “Thunder Inside”, the first single from their upcoming album “Apotheosis”. The video went live on YouTube on 26 October 2026, the date the band had announced for the premiere.
The song was written by vocalist Bruna Rocha, who also produced it with Rômulo Pirozzi and Caio Goatt at Tellus Studio in Rio de Janeiro. Caio Goatt mixed and mastered it there. The video was recorded at Tellus Estudio in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, from a screenplay by Bruna Rocha and Felipe Borges, who also directed and edited it. Executive production came from Stargate Produções, with Revengin’s own production handled by Marcelle Rocha, and cultural support in association with Instituto Reconto.
A chorus built on “I am the one”
The lyrics carry the song’s central image: “I am the one who has broken the silence on my own”, repeated across the verses and returning in the closing lines “I carry the thunder in my heart, I have the thunder inside”. The verses set a battle against fading colours and ask who will pay and who will stay in the end.
Five players on the track
The line-up on “Thunder Inside” is Bruna Rocha on vocals, Thiago Contrera and Themys Barros on guitars, Nacife Jr on drums and Diego Pirozzi on bass.
Bruna Rocha, the voice since 2008
Bruna Rocha has been Revengin’s vocalist since the band formed, with a break between 2018 and 2020 before she returned to the microphone. She writes the band’s lyrics and co-produced this single, and she also appears in the Brazilian project Tristesse. “Thunder Inside” is her song from the first line to the final mix.
Revengin formed in Rio de Janeiro in 2008 and play symphonic metal. Their most recent full-length is “Dark Dogma Embrace”, released in 2025, followed by the singles “Wish You the Same but Worse” in 2025 and “Far Away” in 2026. “Apotheosis” will follow “Thunder Inside”.
