Hand of Fate have released a lyric video for “Distant Shores (Remix)”, a new version of the song that opens their latest album, “Five Heartbeats”. The Greek symphonic metal band announced the video this week, describing it as a more upbeat take on the original track.
A Brighter Version of the Opener
The remix reworks “Distant Shores”, the opening song of “Five Heartbeats”, which came out in 2025. The band present it as a lighter, more energetic reading of the album’s first track. The single is available on Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon, with the lyric video on the band’s YouTube channel.
Alexandra Anagnostopoulou on Vocals
Alexandra Anagnostopoulou handles the vocals in Hand of Fate. She fronts the band alongside Sotos Sofidis on bass, Teo Koutsos on drums, John Hatzidimos on lead guitars and samples, and Tassoss Gerasimou on rhythm guitars and backing vocals.
