Sally, the heavy metal project of Tokyo guitarist Sally, has released an official live video for “Revenge”, a track from her upcoming second album “RE:RAIGN”, which is due on 11 November 2026. Pre-orders for the album are open now through her official website.
The footage was recorded at Shibuya Cyclone in Tokyo on 20 March 2026, at Sally’s first one-man live, “LAST NEW WORLD”, which marked the first anniversary of her debut album. The performance brings together four musicians from the Japanese metal scene, all of them women.
An All-Women Stage Line-Up
On the video, Sally plays guitar alongside AYUMI of BRIDEAR, with Azu of Cyntia on bass and MARI of Mary’s Blood on drums. All three guests come from established Japanese metal bands with frontwomen, and the clip carries the tag “Japanese Girl Metal”.
“Revenge” is one of the tracks scheduled for inclusion on “RE:RAIGN”. A YouTube playlist of the Shibuya Cyclone performance and streaming links for the show are available online.
Release Events in Tokyo and Osaka
To mark the album’s release, Sally will hold release events with talk and signing sessions in Tokyo and Osaka. Details are listed on her official live page.
Sally, Shred Guitarist Since 2023
Sally founded her instrumental-leaning project in 2023 and has played guitar in bands and projects including Admiral, Kaizer, Macbeth, Neo Prophecy, Polonase, Stella and And Essence. Her songs deal mostly with inner struggles and love, and often leave the vocals aside in favour of her guitar work.
Her first full-length album “Burn It” came out in 2025, following the EPs “Two & Two” and “Three-Count” and the single “Plot in Jealousy” in 2024, and the EP “Two-Three” in 2025. “RE:RAIGN” will be her second album and is released through Avalon.
