SERAINA TELLI has released the single and music video “Chameleon” today, 2 November 2026. The Swiss artist combines rock and glam pop on the song, which addresses the freedom to change, experiment and discover an identity without being shaped by other people’s expectations.
Freedom to change
“Chameleon” turns personal uncertainty into a message about self-acceptance, authenticity and independence. It follows Telli’s recent solo releases, including the albums “Simple Talk”, “Addicted To Color” and “GREEN”, which have also explored self-determination and personal growth.
The release arrives shortly after our report on her five Spanish shows. Telli will play La Cueva del Jazz en Vivo in Zamora on 18 November, Sala Venom Madrid on 19 November, Sala Riff in Armilla, Granada, on 20 November, Garaje Beat Club in Murcia on 21 November and Sala Zero in Tarragona on 22 November. The shows follow the release of “GREEN”, which arrived on 24 October 2025.
From Burning Witches to solo work
Telli was born in Switzerland in 1990 and is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. She sang with Rizon from 2010 to 2014, led Surrillum from 2011 to 2017 and fronted Burning Witches from 2015 to 2019. Since leaving Burning Witches, she has focused on Dead Venus alongside her solo work.
Her solo album “Simple Talk” came out in 2022, followed by “Addicted To Color” in 2023, “Black ‘N’ White Sessions” in 2024, “GREEN” in 2025 and “GREEN Live” in 2026. “Chameleon” extends that solo catalogue with a track about refusing to remain fixed for the comfort of others.
