Cover art: Wyatt E. & Nina Saeidi, Armour of Surrender
WYATT E. & NINA SAEIDI will release their collaborative album “Armour of Surrender” on 29 January 2027 through Heavy Psych Sounds. The record pairs Wyatt E. with Iranian vocalist Nina Saeidi and will be available as a CD digipak and on several LP editions.
Four tracks across two sides
The album opens with “Let The Sea Drink Your Despair” on Side A, followed by “The Branch That Yields Peace Has Been Cut For The Oil Of Its Fruit”. That second track is the song currently being presented from the collaboration.
Side B contains “Attar - Ghazal 496” and “Istar Descent’s To The Netherworld”. The release is planned for black and gold vinyl, as well as a red-and-white A/B-side splatter edition and a test-press version.
Nina Saeidi’s Lowen connection
Nina Saeidi is an Iranian vocalist who also sings with Lowen. Her participation places a musician from Iran at the centre of this collaboration with Wyatt E. The announcement presents “Armour of Surrender” as a joint album rather than a guest appearance on a single track.
The album will arrive on 29 January 2027, with the physical editions released by Heavy Psych Sounds.

Song of the day
Vesseles
“Until They Are Dust (Reclaimed)”
A song about a cursed substance consuming humans and creating demons who conquer the survivors, while exploring growing confidence through a clearer sense of identity.
A song about choosing isolation over surrendering your identity to social conformity, while struggling with the loneliness and pressure that come from remaining an outsider.
