BROKEN BY THE SCREAM will tour North America in spring 2027. The Japanese idol metal group have confirmed eleven shows across the United States and Canada on the Integration Game World Tour 2027, presented by Extensive Enterprise, opening on 27 April at the Gramercy Theatre in New York and closing on 11 May at Beer City Music Hall in Oklahoma City.
The Canadian dates are the two the promoter is pushing hardest: the Théâtre Fairmount in Montréal on 3 May and the Mod Club in Toronto on 4 May. Tickets for the Montréal show go on sale on Friday 30 October at 10:00.
Eleven shows from New York to Oklahoma City
The full run takes in Boston, Harrisburg, Washington, Milwaukee, Chicago, Minneapolis and Kansas City between the two Canadian stops. The band’s announcement points fans to the poster for the nearest city.

Yayoi Takayashiki, one of four voices up front
Yayoi Takayashiki, who performs as Yayoi, is one of the four vocalists who carry the group’s sound, trading clean idol melodies against screams and metalcore riffs. She joined BROKEN BY THE SCREAM in 2023, after an audition held when Uriin Kagura and Yabusame Ayame left the group, and came in alongside Shizuku Mikogami. She shares the front line with Tsubaki and Io. The four-voice line-up is the band’s signature: no single singer, but a rotating attack of melody and harsh vocals over extreme metal backing.
A Metal Blade debut and a video last week
The tour follows a busy year for the Tokyo group. They signed to Metal Blade Records in February 2026 and released their first single for the label, “花鏑 [HANAKABURA]”, on 24 July, a track built around the image of a kaburaya, the whistling arrow used in ancient Japan to signal the start of a battle. The band said the title was their own word for that arrow cutting through falling cherry blossom petals, and called it the right song to mark the beginning of their own battle.
Last week we reported on the group’s latest video, when “Parallel Universe” premiered on 21 October, directed by umihayato and released through Metal Blade. The band also played Wacken Open Air this summer and toured Europe, including a stop at Stary Klasztor in Wroclaw, Poland on 7 August.
BROKEN BY THE SCREAM formed in Tokyo, with their debut announced in October 2016 and played in January 2017. Their debut album “An Alien’s Portrait” arrived in 2018, followed by “Noisy Night Fever” in 2019, “Rise Into Chaos” in 2022 and “Solar Strain” in 2025. Their first US concert came at Saboten-con in Phoenix in 2019, and a planned North and Latin America tour in April 2024 was postponed over visa issues.
