IN THIS MOMENT have released a live-in-studio video for “Whore”, filmed at SiriusXM Studios and published on 5 November 2026. Vocalist Maria Brink leads the performance of the song, which originally appeared on the band’s 2012 album “Blood”. The video was issued through Century Media Records.
A return to “Blood”
“Whore” was later released as a single in 2013 and became one of IN THIS MOMENT’s best-known songs. Its confrontational title is tied to a message about rejecting imposed labels and reclaiming personal power. Brink described that idea in the original single campaign: “The message behind this song is taking back control.” The song also received an earlier official video featuring Chris Motionless of Motionless In White.
The new footage follows the band’s SiriusXM performance of “I Want To Believe”, which we covered when it arrived from the same studio session. That song comes from IN THIS MOMENT’s ninth studio album, “Witch”, released through Better Noise Music on 28 August 2026. The record includes guest appearances from Dayseeker on “I Want To Believe”, Kim Dracula on “Heretic” and Kat Von D on a cover of Pink Floyd’s “Another Brick In The Wall”.
Maria Brink leads the session
Maria Brink is the band’s vocalist and also plays piano in the current line-up. Born in 1977, she co-founded IN THIS MOMENT in Los Angeles with guitarist Chris Howorth in 2005. Alongside the band, she has released nine studio albums and received recognition including Loudwire’s Rock Goddess of the Year award.
The SiriusXM performance connects the band’s current “Witch” era with the record that helped establish its modern sound and theatrical identity. “Whore” originally appeared on “Blood”, the band’s fourth studio album, before returning here in a live studio arrangement.
