SONS OF CULT have released a video for “Steel Miles”, a song about life on the road with an underground metal band. The Spanish heavy metal group shared the video on 1 November 2026 through the Imperative PR YouTube channel. The track appears on the band’s full-length album “Revenge”, which is out now through Black Night Productions.
Miles, shows and sacrifice
Guitarist Vicente J. Payá said the song deals with the long drives, concerts and personal sacrifices that come with continuing in an underground band. He also described that lifestyle as difficult at times, but one the group keeps choosing because of its commitment to metal.
The song is about life on the road with an underground metal band: endless miles, concerts, sacrifices, passion for music, and a lifestyle that isn’t always easy, but one we continue to choose because metal is our way of life.
- Vicente J. Payá, guitarist
The video is available through the band’s YouTube premiere channel, while “Revenge” is available from Black Night Productions.
María J. Lladó leads
Vocalist María J. Lladó joined SONS OF CULT in 2025 and sings on the band’s current material. She is also a member of Bis•nte and Golgotha. The Palma, Balearic Islands, band was formed in 2020 and currently features guitarist Vicente J. Payá, guitarist Dan Garcia, drummer Jordi Segura and Lladó on vocals.
“Steel Miles” follows the group’s 2026 releases “Our Heroes Never Die”, “Never Too Late” and the live EP “Live from Groove”. Its video places the focus on the band’s account of underground touring and the decision to keep travelling for metal despite the cost.
