LȲKAA have presented their second single, “At His Behest”, released through Octopus Rising / Argonauta Records and accompanied by an official visualizer.
The German band, based in Chemnitz, Saxony, blend dark heavy metal with doom-laden atmospheres and post-punk melancholy. They formed during the pandemic winter of 2022 inside an old Cold War bunker, an origin the group describes as a way of turning isolation and decay into music that confronts the darker side of human existence.
“At His Behest” is the follow-up to the band’s 2023 demo “Subterranean Cult” and their second single overall.

Vocalist Elly Preussner sings on the new track and also handles percussion in the five-piece line-up, which includes Đeno Muratagic on bass, Johannes Ivandic on drums, Rasmus Korn on guitars and Johannes Werner on guitars, vocals and keyboards. Before LȲKAA, she was active in Mental Disease.
