Hagane have put three dates at the end of 2026 on their schedule, as listed on the news and schedule pages of the band’s official website. The Tokyo group plays a one-man Halloween show in Shibuya on 27 October 2026, appears at the “STRIKE BACK 2026” event at Kawasaki CLUB CITTA’ on 15 November 2026, and closes the run with a fan meeting built around the new album.
Three nights in Shibuya and Kawasaki
The 5 December 2026 show is billed as “HAGANE FAN MEETING 〜New Album「Through the Night」Release Party” and takes place at 渋谷シダックス カルチャーホール in Shibuya. “Through the Night” is the band’s third studio album, scheduled for release in Japan in December 2026, so the gathering functions as its release party. Ticket and door information for any of the three dates is not given in the announcement.
A Queen cover online
Alongside the live listings, the site’s news entries record that on 5 October 2026 the band published a cover of Queen’s “We Will Rock You” on its YouTube channel. The same pages carry notices about fan club orders for customers outside Japan and about merchandise, including items on sale from Shinjuku Gramstein from 10 October 2026 and a Nagi hand towel set put up for sale on 13 October 2026.
Four women since 2024
Hagane is an all-female line-up: Nagi on lead vocals and JUNNA on drums, both announced as members in April 2024, alongside founding guitarist Sakura and bassist Sayaka. Sayaka has also played in the project INorganic ENERGY. Sakura formed the band in Tokyo on 23 June 2018 and kept it going after three members left in 2023, recruiting the current singer and drummer before the four-piece resumed activities in 2024.
From Disk Union to Napalm Records
Hagane released the albums “Code; 9021” in 2022 and “Top of the Tower” in 2025, the first with Disk Union, which the band worked with from 2020 to 2023 before moving to Crimson. In 2026 the group played Epic Fest in Denmark in April, Rockharz in Germany and Rock Imperium Festival in Spain in July, and marked its eighth anniversary with a show at Liquidroom in Tokyo on 23 June. The EP “METAL QUEST” and the CD single “Amour Chain” both appeared on 9 July 2026. A worldwide physical distribution agreement with Napalm Records outside Japan was announced on 30 September 2026, under which “Through the Night” is set for an international CD and vinyl release on 15 January 2027, ahead of four European performances in April 2027 that begin at Epic Fest in Roskilde, Denmark.
