Employed To Serve have released a new single titled “Absolute Onslaught”. The track features a guest appearance from CABAL vocalist Andreas Bjulver and is available to stream now.
Third track since “Fallen Star”
“Absolute Onslaught” is the third piece of music the band have put out since their latest studio album, “Fallen Star”, which arrived via Spinefarm Records in 2025. That record, the band’s fifth full-length, followed “Conquering” from 2021, an album Loudwire ranked among the best rock and metal releases of that year, with the track “Exist” named the sixth best metal song of 2021 by the same publication.
The Woking band, formed in 2011, have built their catalogue on the labels Puzzle, Holy Roar and Spinefarm, with earlier albums including “Greyer Than You Remember” (2015), “The Warmth of a Dying Sun” (2017) and “Eternal Forward Motion” (2019).
Justine Jones on vocals
Justine Jones is the vocalist of Employed To Serve and one of the two founding members of the band, alongside guitarist and vocalist Sammy Urwin, since its formation in Woking in 2011. She fronts the current line-up completed by guitarist Daniel Porter, bassist Nathan Pryor and drummer Casey McHale. In 2020 she also took part in the side project Glorious, an EP released together with members of Renounced.
