CADAVEROSA, the Stockholm, Sweden-based melodic death metal project led by Emma M. Andersson, have shared the official lyric video for “Alliteration”. The video was announced on 2 November 2026 as part of Cadaverosa’s ongoing 2026 lyric video series.

The announcement came directly from Emma M. Andersson, who introduced the video by saying the series was approaching its end, although further entries were still planned. The release is presented as a lyric video rather than a conventional narrative or performance clip, and the announcement does not identify a label, guest musician, release format beyond the video, or an accompanying track list.

Hello everybody, Emma here. We’re approaching the end of the 2026 lyric video series, but it’s not quite over yet.

Emma M. Andersson since 1998

Emma M. Andersson has been Cadaverosa’s sole member since she formed the project in 1998. She performs vocals, guitars, bass and keyboards, making “Alliteration” part of a body of work created across multiple roles rather than by a fixed full-band line-up. Alongside Cadaverosa, her listed projects include Amaran, Echo and Presence, and Fear the Fate.

Cadaverosa’s recorded history reaches back to a first listed release in 2007. The project released three full-length albums in 2023, “A Darkness Explored”, “Burning Synapses” and “Central Themes”, before returning with the singles “A Dark Duality” in 2023 and “Face of Insanity” and “I Burn All Alone” in 2025. “Alliteration” now continues the project’s video-led run during 2026. Cadaverosa directs listeners to its Facebook page and Emma’s Ko-fi alongside the new video.

Song of the day

Vindicta

“IDOL(L)S”

A self-ironic song about society as a lifeless puppet show, where illusions of meaning distract and manipulate people while false masters control the audience.
