WITHOUT WARNING have released their independently produced debut album, “Exodus Simulation”, today, 31 October 2026. The Finnish industrial metalcore band developed the ten-track concept record over two years, combining modern metalcore with electronic and melodic elements. It presents a simulated future in which humanity faces its final days, while examining power, corruption, technological progress, environmental destruction and personal struggles.
A future shaped by choices
The album title joins the idea of an exodus, or mass escape, with a simulation of a possible future. Rather than presenting its scenario as a prediction, Without Warning use the concept to consider how human decisions and destructive behaviour could affect society. The album was produced independently by bassist Aleksi Rintala, who also composed the music and worked on the arrangements, mixing and mastering with Endeavor Soundworks.
The record includes “BREED”, featuring guest vocalist Chris Harms of Lord Of The Lost. The song focuses on humanity’s primal instincts and destructive nature. It follows the band’s earlier 2026 single and helped introduce the album before its release.
The band’s final pre-release track, “Architect of Moira”, examined the conflict between fate and free will. We previously covered the song and its official video when it was announced as the last preview of “Exodus Simulation”. Michaela Tuomenoksa wrote the lyrics, while Oliver Webb filmed the video and Tuomenoksa edited it.
Michaela Tuomenoksa leads
Michaela “Micha” Tuomenoksa is Without Warning’s vocalist. She wrote the words for “Architect of Moira”, whose lyrics describe a person confronting the consequences of choices and asking Moira for help as time runs out. Tuomenoksa also edited the official video. The current line-up includes guitarist Juuso Javanainen, bassist Aleksi Rintala and drummer Lauri Tuomenoksa.
Rintala wrote the music for “Architect of Moira” and arranged it with Endeavor Soundworks. The song’s industrial textures, electronic elements, dark atmosphere and breakdown-led metalcore reflect the sound Without Warning developed for their first full-length release, now available on digital platforms.
