ONIRIA will premiere its digital single and official visualiser “Esto Es Halloween” on 30 October, presenting a version of Danny Elfman’s song from Tim Burton’s film “Pesadilla Antes De Navidad”. The track features guest vocals from Khelleden singer Patxi Mira and Marcos Aladro, while Carolina Viedma sings in Oniria’s current line-up.
The release is a departure from the Madrid symphonic gothic metal band’s planned debut-album campaign. Oniria’s first album is due in early 2027, with further previews expected to be announced later. The band has not given the album a title or track list.
Mario Hernández handles production
Mario Hernández, Oniria’s bassist, composed and arranged the orchestral parts for the cover and produced it. He also created the visualiser and the single artwork. Patxi Mira recorded the vocals at Alter Studios and shares the mixing and mastering credits with Hernández.
The original music and composition are credited to Danny Elfman. The song is presented under its Spanish title, “Esto Es Halloween”.
Carolina Viedma leads the vocals
Carolina Viedma has been Oniria’s vocalist since the band formed in Madrid in 2026. She is joined by Mario Hernández on bass, Eneko Díaz on guitar and Diego Fernández on drums. Before this new version, Oniria released the singles “Al despertar” and “Vivir en ti” during 2026.
The visualiser for “Esto Es Halloween” premieres on 30 October alongside the digital release. Oniria’s credits also list Sandberg Basses, Yamaha Drums, Cort Guitars, Elixir Strings, Balbex Drumsticks and Czarcie Kopyto pedals among its equipment endorsements.
