Angels’ Temptation will sell their new best album “Story ～親愛なる天使信仰へ～” at the M3 Autumn 2026 convention in Tokyo on Sunday 25 October 2026. The CD appears under the circle name Tenshi Metal Rio at space N-08b in the first exhibition hall, and the band has published a preview video of the album on its official channels.
The announcement comes with a striking sales note: only 13 copies of the album remain. The band thanked buyers for the speed of the run, which suggests the stock has moved quickly since the release was put together.
Ten Tracks, Two Years in the Making
The album collects ten songs and follows the first single “One and Only”, which sold out immediately about two years ago. The band describes the record as packing in the path it has taken since then, covering everything from symphonic rock to what it calls grand angel metal. The track list runs from “Curtain Call” and “One and Only” through “Blazing Heart”, “Edge Of Vision Prototype”, “METAL POWER”, “Now & Forever”, “Forever”, “HOLOGRAM” and “Be Yourself” to the closer “Cherish the Moment”.
Rio designed the cover artwork herself.
Two Editions, One With a Handwritten Letter
The release comes in two editions. The full set includes a signed CD, off-shot bromides and instant photos, a jacket can badge, a voice message and a handwritten letter addressed to each individual buyer. Buyers who want the voice message to use a specific name can note it in the order remarks, otherwise the surname from the order is used. The regular edition carries a signed CD.
Orders run through Rio’s official shop and the Heaven’s Store webshop, and the music is also available through TuneCore streaming.
Rio on Bass and Design
Rio plays bass in Angels’ Temptation and has been with the band since its formation, with a break between 2017 and 2018. Outside the band she has played in the project Rave. For this release she also took on the design work and fronts the circle under which the album appears.
A Tokyo Duo Since 2016
Angels’ Temptation formed in Tokyo in 2016 and plays symphonic power metal. The current line-up pairs Rio on bass with Mirai, who sings and has expanded her role to keyboards and, since 2025, guitars. The band released the full-length album “Anthem of the Angels” in 2021, followed by the singles “Heaven 天使の歌” and “Seraph ～生命の軌跡～” the same year, “Evangelist” in 2023, and the single “Angels’ Film” and the compilation “The Crowning Glory” in 2024. Its records come out through Angel Records.
