Witch Club Satan will play Rockefeller in Oslo on Friday 30 October 2026, in a show built around the cinema premiere of “Hex”, the documentary that follows the band. Doors open at 20:00 and the event starts about an hour later. The night is standing only, the age limit is 18 with valid physical ID, and tickets are NOK 400 plus booking fee, or NOK 350 for anyone who shows a ticket to the “Hex” premiere in Oslo.
A year away, then home
The announcement marks the band’s return to Rockefeller after a year of playing exclusively outside Norway, a US debut, the birth of twins and what the band describe as an expanded coven. They say the evening will look back at the journey so far while pointing forward, and that they intend to show why the club sits in the centre of their name. A few guests, still unannounced, are billed as voices that have defined the project.
The show is staged as an early marking of Samhain, the night before All Saints’ Day and Halloween.
Samhain markerer slutten på sommeren, og er en av de mest magisk potente tidene på året, hvor sløret mellom denne verden og de på den andre siden er på sitt tynneste. Vi skal markere dagen før dagen med et rituale hvor hele rommet blir deltakere.

The band add that it will not be a flashy Halloween party, but a chance to bring out the witch in oneself within a community, and that wearing death is for them a ritual act with a transformative effect.
Maja Holand’s first film as director
“Hex” was directed by Maja Holand, who has followed Witch Club Satan closely through their early years, from intense shows on large stages to pagan rituals and quieter moments behind the scenes. It is Holand’s directorial debut and has travelled through the film festival season; the film receives its official cinema premiere on 30 October, the same day as the concert.
Holt Kleive, Spjelkavik and Røising
Witch Club Satan is an all-female Norwegian trio: Johanna Holt Kleive on drums and vocals, Nikoline Spjelkavik on guitar and vocals, and Victoria Røising on bass and vocals. The three met at theatre school and formed the band in early 2022. All three sing alongside their instruments, and the group describe themselves as feminist, with occult imagery and social topics running through their songs and videos.
From 2024 debut to a Berlin award
The band’s self-titled debut album arrived on 8 March 2024 through Lost and Found Productions, followed by the single “You Wildflower” on 23 June 2025. The video for “Fresh Blood Fresh Pussy” was nominated for Music Video of the Year at the 2024 Spellemannprisen and won Best Bizarre at the Berlin Music Video Awards in 2025. Anyone wanting to attend the Rockefeller show is advised to arrive well before the start, since a queue is expected.
