Evanescence have been announced as part of the lineup for the annual iHeartRadio ALTer EGO festival. The event, presented by Capital One, is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 16 January 2027, at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles.
The Offspring to Temper City
The festival will feature a variety of alternative rock acts, including The Offspring, Billy Corgan, Death Cab for Cutie, Slightly Stoopid, Modest Mouse, Young the Giant, The Warning, and Temper City. The event will be hosted by Woody of the nationally syndicated program The Woody Show. Fans unable to attend in person will be able to listen to a live broadcast across iHeartRadio alternative and rock stations nationwide, as well as through the iHeartRadio app.
15,000 Friends
In a statement about the upcoming event, host Woody remarked:
So here we are again. Music and 15,000 friends coming together for another ALTer EGO. Don’t ask me how we keep coming up with these lineups year after year, because that’s above my pay grade. Rest assured, despite the questionable hosting decision, this is guaranteed to be a great night! Really, it’s the only way to start 2027!
- Woody, host of The Woody Show
