Muddibrooke will release "One Life" on 30 October, the first single from their self-titled debut album. Brooke leads the trio on vocals and guitar, alongside bassist and backing vocalist Anna Melidone and drummer Morgan Pettigrew. Produced by Thunder's Luke Morley, the song turns late-night anxiety into a communal reminder to live on your own terms, with The Tribe appearing in the video.
