Mercyful Fate
Mercyful Fate is a Danish heavy metal band from Copenhagen, formed in 1981. Holm on drums and Becky Baldwin on bass. Baldwin first filled in for Joey Vera on the 2022 tour, and the band announced her as the new bassist on 19 January 2024. A feature in The Headbanging Moose describes her as the first woman to hold that position in the band's history. In August 2026 the band announced its first shows in three years, planned for summer 2027 in Spain and the UK.
